"My passion for Italian ices began as a kid. My mom and my aunt would bring me to Patsy's bakery in Lindenhurst, NY. Grandpa, whose favorites were cannolis and mini pastries, had always brought them growing up. My mom & Aunt Lori's favorites have always been one scoop cream ice and one scoop chocolate ice.

I've always loved trying different combinations just about every visit. When I got older, I began making my own ices with a small ice cream maker at home. I've loved coming to Tampa Bay since about 2000 and thought it would be the perfect fit for me to open up shop."
